0400 Hours is a training and nutrition tracker. It is not medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting a new programme, especially if you have an injury or health condition.

Your first week is free. Paid plans renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel, and prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may update these terms as the app grows; we will tell you about significant changes.
